Job Role

Imagine yourself collaborating with senior engineers to create safe, efficient, and cutting-edge electrical systems. You’ll tackle tasks like:

• Designing electrical systems: From buildings to industrial facilities, you’ll be at the forefront of planning and executing electrical designs that meet all industry standards and project requirements.
• Mastering CAD software: Turn your ideas into reality using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Teaming up with the best: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior engineers to analyze project needs and develop creative, effective design solutions.
• Equipping the project: You’ll play a key role in selecting and procuring the electrical components, equipment, and materials needed to bring your designs to life.
• Site visits and beyond: Get hands-on experience by conducting site visits to assess existing electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Powering it all: Assist in performing essential calculations to ensure proper load distribution, voltage, and power throughout the electrical system.
• Communication is key: Actively participate in design reviews, meetings, and collaborations with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Building the future: Help prepare construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates, to keep projects on track.
• Supporting the team: Provide valuable support to field engineers and technicians during the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Staying ahead of the curve: Demonstrate your commitment to continuous learning by keeping yourself updated on the latest industry trends, codes, standards, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Education & Experience needed for job for EE Fresher

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution is a must.
• 0-2 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field (internship experience can be a plus!).
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD or Revit is essential.
• Familiarity with electrical design principles, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, IEC) will give you a strong foundation.

• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills – you’ll be a whiz at untangling challenges and finding effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering software tools for analysis and simulation is a plus.
• Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software will definitely set you apart.
• Possessing a Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a desirable quality.
