Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable industry experience? Diageo is offering an exciting opportunity for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT)!

Diageo Hiring Freshers Job Role

The program is structured to provide you with a well-rounded experience:

First 6 Months: You’ll focus on learning the ropes in your assigned plant, supporting day-to-day operations and gaining a deep understanding of our processes.
Next 6 Months: You’ll transition to a different plant, applying your newfound knowledge and tackling new challenges in a fresh environment.

This rotational approach allows you to broaden your skillset and gain exposure to diverse aspects of our manufacturing operations.

Education & Experience

Recent graduate (2023 or 2024 pass out) with a Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
Alternatively, a B.Tech/M.Tech in Industrial Safety & Risk Management, Post Diploma in Industrial Safety, or MSc in Health, Safety and Environmental Management is also considered.
Finance graduates with a B.com/M.com/MBA [invalid URL removed] in Finance can also apply.

Eligibility for Diageo Hiring Freshers

Must have graduated from a recognized college affiliated with a regular university.
Strong academic record with a minimum of 60% marks throughout your program and no outstanding backlogs.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential.
