Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil)
Experience:
- 1 to 4+ years of relevant experience
Location:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Managing specific parts of construction projects effectively.
2. Construction Oversight:
- Supervising and overseeing construction work on-site.
3. Surveying:
- Conducting surveys as required for the project.
4. Site Setup:
- Setting out sites accurately for construction activities.
5. Technical Design and Drawing Checks:
- Reviewing technical designs and drawings for accuracy and ensuring they are followed correctly during execution.
6. Staff Supervision:
- Supervising contracted staff working on the project.
7. Compliance Management:
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.
8. Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects, and other professionals involved in the project, including quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
