Job Description:

As a Software Engineer at L&T Technology Services, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality applications. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing testable and scalable code to meet the needs of our clients. We are looking for individuals with 3-7 years of experience who possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience in Aveva MES Wonderware: A strong background in Aveva MES Wonderware is essential for this role. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Aveva MES and be proficient in its various functionalities.
• Requirement Gathering: The ability to gather requirements from various stakeholders is key to success in this role. Candidates should be skilled in understanding the needs of clients and translating them into actionable development plans.
• Functional Consulting and Fit Gap Analysis: Experience in functional consulting and conducting fit gap analysis will be highly beneficial. Candidates should be able to identify gaps in existing systems and propose solutions to address them effectively.
• Rollout Experience: Candidates must have experience with Aveva MES rollout projects. This includes implementing Aveva MES solutions in manufacturing environments and ensuring smooth deployment across different locations.
• Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the manufacturing domain is crucial for this role. Candidates should be familiar with production processes, assembly processes, and other key aspects of manufacturing operations.
• Skills in Production, Quality, Inventory Management: Candidates should have expertise in areas such as production management, quality control, inventory management, and performance monitoring. Experience in data management, reporting, and enterprise integration (ERP, PLM) will also be valuable.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
